- OTONEST ships the products within 15-20 hours to users across BANGLADESH. The estimated time is indicative as we deliver products through our delivery partners/logistics partners.
- The users shall bear the delivery expenses and which shall be stated while making the order. It can be changed given upon the special discounts or offer to certain products on certain occasions.
- Sellers shall not be liable for any delay in case of geographical locations or any unexpected occurrence.
- A user is not able to cancel any products once the product is shipped.
- The Seller shall not refund any product if the user refuses to accept the order at the doorstep. The User will be charged an additional fee incase of re-delivery request.
- The user should be responsible for all kinds of activities related to shipping.
